Wi fi keeps dropping out

I run the checks , it says everything fine but I am looking at my router which has an orange light to say not connected. This is going on for weeks. Poor service

Sorry for such a late reply.

run diagnostic checks says all good.

This has been going on since I initially told sky i was leave broadband. I changed my mind at the last minute and that's when the dropping out of service started.....no expert.

but it seems to be the WiFi keeps dropping, havevto keep resetting the main box, the mini boxes drop out as does Alexa

@macbun To help if we can, what service do you have from sky? and what is the router you have, any extenders etc, link below to show pictures.
