      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your saying everything is OK but I am not getting any broadband it went off 2 weeks ago then came back on. But this time it has stayed off .A couple of months ago an engineer was called out because an outside fault he said the box I have is very old&amp;nbsp; and really needs upgrading.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;John Singleton&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
