      <title>Broadband rescheduling</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Sky Community,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I urgently need help rescheduling my Openreach appointment for my Sky Broadband installation. I won’t be home when they’re scheduled to come, but I’ve found that the phone lines are currently down and I’m unable to reach anyone by phone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there any way someone from Sky can help me reschedule through here, or is there another way to get this sorted quickly? I really don’t want to miss the appointment and have to wait even longer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks so much in advance for any help&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
