      <title>Issue with router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The connected light on router is not on, therefore no internet. I have unplugged it etc, checked all cables.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;phoned umpteen sky numbers but it seems impossible to actually speak with a human - only robots who are absolutely no help at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
