Q box connection keeps dropping

Hi we are having ongoing issues with the hub connection with both the manna box and mini boxes. Have done all the suggested turned off boxes, hub etc but connection keeps dropping out /freezing and then returns...then drops out

@Bnotts Do the lights on the router change colour when this happens?

I am having the same

issue tonight my main box has dropped connection 10 times tonight affecting mini box. Wifi in house is perfect and no other devices dropping connection.

I have reset both boxes and reconnected 10

times but it is dropping connection every few minutes.

Hi well it has had a period of being ok for a few days...but just happened again. Light appears ok on mini boxes and like yourself if I do a speed check on my phone next to the mini box I am getting 460-600 Mbps so WiFi seems not to be the issue

Intermittent faults are a pain !
