Wi Fi won’t conntect suddenly on some devices.

My sky broadband wi-fi suddenly won't conntect to some of my devices. It's fine with TV, Phone, Laptop, but won't conntect to printer, Toni story box, Nintendo Alarmo. It worked on all these things before but now for some reason they are no longer conntect Ed and when I try to connect it says there is a problem (but not what the problem is). Have tried turning the router and devices off and on again, tried moving them closer, made sure nothing around the router to interfere with signal. I'm at a loss. I've got the fastest home broadband you can get with sky so I can't up the speed. Anyone had anything similar and figured out how to fix it please?

Thanks for that. I can't actually find anywhere what I have. Not on my accounts or MySky product info or the router itself. I got in in 2023 so I am going to say probably the sky q router. Followed the link anyway and had a look. The odd thing is all the else devices used to conntect to it. I've done software updates using my phone as a hotspot but didn't make any difference. Maybe I just need to upgrade my router.

@Andrea68 So have a look at this next link, it is about splitting the 2.4GHz and the 5GHz bands that can be done on the Broadband Hub which is the Black SR203 model, it can help for devices that are only on the lower frequency bands and struggle to connect and stay connected.

The router you have is a fairly good one, newer is not always better, and leads to all kinds off problems.

Amazing, yes that's the model I've got. I've seen reference to splitting somewhere, but I could never find details on how to do it that I could actually understand so I couldn't try it. That link explains it really well. That's a job for the morning though. Thank you so much for talking the time to help me out. Very much appreciated.
