Hello, I had a phone call the other day from someone from sky. It was a gentleman. He was wanting to offer me fibre and a better deals on my package. But unfortunately something happened with his computer. He said he would call me back in 10 minutes, but this never happened. Could you ask him to call me back as his name will be recorded.

We are all fellow customers on here like yourself you would need to contact sky yourself about it

More importantly, it's virtually unheard of for an ISP to phone you to offer a better deal. This sounds like a scam to me. I would be very, very careful about giving out any information if he does phone back!

@Stream+puck Also be aware just in case it is a scam call, you give out any information and then get fleeced, if it is sky they will know all about you and if he cannot send you a mobile security code then SCAMMER, you also do not give him / her any details off anything....

@Deb3000 The edit function is not avalible to you reach level 3 at the moment you are level 2.
