      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've rang up and the automated person told me to troubleshoot my hun as there seems to be a problem but I can't find how to do it. I'm new to sky and my kids aren't impressed they can't connect their phones.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
