      <description>&lt;P&gt;just recieved my new sky max hub and it wont update on the app . ive tried resetting it holding down button for 30 seconds and also deleted the app and reinstalled it . still saying wi fi is switched off but i have wi fi . the app wont install the hub or coonect to chnage settings . any help please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue&amp;nbsp; when i first&amp;nbsp; got my sky max hub in January&amp;nbsp; last year&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp; had to uninstall&amp;nbsp; the my sky app and&amp;nbsp; then reinstall&amp;nbsp; it the and it worked after&amp;nbsp; that&lt;/P&gt;</description>
