Hi everyone, I have Sky Q and at the end of Feb I noticed my internet had been dropping out pretty regularly, only reason I knew this was because my Ring Alarms cellular back up had been kicking in and I had noticed this within the history of the alarm, the drop outs had been occuring since the end of Jan (as far back as the alarm history went at the time), I’ve had 2x Sky WiFi engineers out and an Openreach engineer, none have resolved it. There was suspicions it may have been my Hive Hub that is obviously connected to the router via Ethernet, apparently Sky have known about issues with the Hive Hubs since the Fibre to the Property (FTTP) services were rolled out, I’ve never had broadband issues until now, so the first WiFi engineer changed a setting in the router and said if it was the Hive Hub this would fix it, it didn’t therefore that ruled the Hive Hub out, the second WiFi engineer recommended I plugged the Hive Hub into the back of one of my Sky Q mini boxes rather than the router to double rule out the Hive Hub and then stated if I continued having drop outs call and get put onto the new WiFi Max, the drop outs are still occurring however after calling I’m being told Sky WiFi Max isn’t available mainly because I’ve got more than one Sky Q mini box, I know you can have Sky WiFi Max with Sky Q although you have to have a little mess around with the Q equipment, I've heard on the grapevine the real reason they won't give me WiFi Max will be because they don’t have the adequate Sky WiFi Max stock to offer it everyone and are prioritising Glass/Stream customers.

Is anyone else having similar issues with the broadband?

Time stamped against each other should make it easier to spot.!
