&lt;P&gt;So I presume this was a new installation? If the engineer stated the hub was faulty you'll need to contact Sky, explain what the engineer told you and get them to send out a replacement hub.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We had a engineer come today and when setting up the sky router was faulty. The engineer said it could be the wire or the box. Everything else here set up is working&lt;/P&gt;</description>
