Wrong hub sent

It is honestly a huge disappoinment and a regret joining Sky. Since the first days a lot of issues have arrisen. Below are the facts which are completely unacceptable and out of order.

1. Sky sent me the wrong hub one week before my activation date. Even though I wasn't home the hub was left in a safe space.

2. I received the next day a text message that I have the wrong hub and a new one will be on its way.

3. After 5 days no information or track number for the new hub. I called Sky and they told me that I have the right hub and the next day I would have internet connection.

4. Next day there was no internet, neither the day after. I called them again and the agent said that the previous person gave me the wrong information and I had the wrong hub indeed. He would sent a new one immediately that would arrive next morning. I explained to him that I WILL NOT be at home in the morning and he needs to put on the delivery options a safe place(porch) that the delivery man would leave the package. He agreed.

5. Next day I received a message from DPD that they couldn't deliver my parcel because I was not at home. I tried to change the settings and amend the delivery options. I communicated with DPD as well but nothing could change for delivery options as they were made by the sender(Sky). I called Sky three times and they were rude and not helpful towards me, telling me that it's my fault that I wasn't home. I told them that I am working, hence I wanted the parcel delivered in a safe place. I asked them to change the delivery options as they are the senders and they refused. I am paying for a broadband service that I don't even have access at. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.
