Hi, I upgraded my router to the sky max hub last week, i've been trying to set it up in the app for over a week now but just keep getting a orange circle spinning saying it may take upto 20 minutes.

Have you connected the ethernet cable from the o n t box to the lan port in the back of the hub ?

Yes it is all connected. The wifi is working but just can't set the hub up on the app.
