&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there isn't try running the line test here:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm struggling to connect to our WiFi box, as are all our devices. We have tried resetting the box, and all lights go back to green except for internet which is orange&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im having this same problem tried unplugging multiple times and resetting even pulled the lead that goes to the wall out but the internet and phone light are staying orange.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoping it's just another common sky problem....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
