&lt;P&gt;As this is a customer helps customer community we can't give you any updates and as the account is in your landlords name only they will get any updates.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In addition to the above any faults reported have a 2 working day SLA to be fixed, being a uni student with deadlines gives you no greater priority over any other customer, you'll need to make alternative arrangements if Uni work is due&lt;/P&gt;</description>
