Hi trying to connect to my new internet service and keep coming up wrong password

@Mickypitt You will find the password printed on the label on the back off the router and possibly on a card recieved in the box.

Enter it carefully as characters can be sometimes hard to distinguish.

Indeed as it is quite easy to get O and 0s muddled and also a 1 and a l.
