Work VPN BLOCKED suddenly

I've had sky years but they've suddenly started blocking my work VPN I work from home only due to disability. Works IT dept installed a new VPN that worked for about two months then stopped then they installed another one now that's not working. Work have tried everything and said the issues with my sky router blocking the VPNand other than come in the office there's nothing they can do.

I've turned off shield and I followed some steps suggested on sky website this still hasnt worked.

Im tearing my hair out and going in circles I cant even find a number to call Sky IT department.

can anyone help please.
