      <title>New Sky Broadband Connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We now have a wooden BT telegraph pole outside the house. An installation chap from Morrisons came to my neighbour today. He advised that we cannot get connected because BT Openreach have not connected the pole to their exchange. Please can you look into this for us?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
