It is an unusual fault I would raise this with Sky explaing it has happened repeatedly and ask them to escallatecthe issue with Openreach who should be able to stop this happening.

It's been 3 times in 6 months my Internet has been disconnected. Someone keeps going to the green box outside my Property and disconnecting my wire from the box. Ino it's something to do with the engineers disconnecting me because was told by two other engineers they keep on doing it. My two daughters have been unable to do any homework or study for college. I will be leaving if this keeps happening. I don't pay £110 a month for no Internet

Moving providers may not resolve it.

Thank you for the reply. It needs some kind of identifying mark or a tag to say the wire is connected to a live phone line. My wire is being taking out and someone else's wire is being put in the same place. But this is what two different engineers has told us every time they have been.
