I installed the new hub today, and am only getting 212mbps instead of the contracted 500mbps

The Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed for Ultrafast 2 is 400Mbs over the optical fibre and ethernet cable as far as the Hub.

The Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee is a whole 25Mbs on the same broadband service as long as the WiFi Max subscription supplement is on the account.
