So im on the full fibre which guarantees 900mbps but im lucky if im getting 75mbps ive tried moving router changing cable and even resetting the router and nothing has worked.

Over the cabled connection as far as the Hub, not on WiFi from it. The Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi 'guarantee' is for a whole 25Mbs.
