      <title>Pixelated tv image</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The last couple of days tv picture on multiple channels is becoming pixilated off/on every 10 seconds. This even happens on programmes that are being watched through playlist I.e. not being streamed live.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
