I moved into a new house and my Sky broadband was activated today. However, I am missing the black power cable from my ONT

@Emily158 The fact that you are now activated on the service, you have to call sky now and report that the cable required for the ONT Power is gone, they will arrange for the part to be done by OR or there contractor. It happens from time to time.

And it is the power cable, ie NO lights are on the ONT correct.

Typically that's a white power cable from a white transformer plug going into the ONT.

A black cable is usually Cat5e ethernet from ONT to Hub.
