Our Internet keeps crashing.

One minute everything is fine, then the lights on the Sky Q go to green, no light, green. Then after a minute or two the middle light goes to amber again. Then to green. And then it's off again.

We've used service checker and depending on what stage of the off again / on again cycle the modem is at it will either say ' there's something wrong, let's fix it' or 'everything is fine'.

We've checked the power. Fine. We've checked the ports. Fine. But it's not offline long enough to get service checker to agree that something is actually wrong that hasn't been fixed.

@Gray2025 With the Q style router and the middle light going Amber, then you have a line fault, which may or may not be nothing to do with your specific line, an engineer could be out working messing with the system or you are developing a fault.

If you have a fault, then call sky, fighting the Amber light will get you NO where, if there is an area issue then SKY may know about it and can tell you. If it all just start's to work then that is what it has been.
