Hi, I had an engineer visit yesterday and he connected a 2nd max pod due to WiFi issues. Since then, they keep disconnecting and the internet has got worse. Any ideas?

@Willster181 the system can take 24 hours to optimise but if the pods are still losing connection after thst givecSky a call. The connection between the Wifi Max hub and the pods uses a third wifi signal shich uses the 5GHz band so is not that good at passing through solid objects so check the positioning to see if you can improve it by changing the power socket the pods use. If still stuck call Sky to book another visit.
