My power was off for a short period over the weekend. Since then the red 'alarm' light on the openreach ONT box has been solid red. Internet seems to be working ok but I havent been on laptop or phone much to test it consistently as its been Easter and had family over. The TV wouldnt work for a while but seems to be working ok now. I have googled this and it seems to indicate that it could be a fibre line fault and I need to report to sky who then need to report it to Openreach. I have tried to find a way to contact sky without phoning them (previous attempts to phone sky during working hours have been horrible, I am busy and can't afford to sit on hold all day long). Can anyone help direct me to a place where I can report this to them via a virtual form? Just had the most frustrating chat with virtual assistant and got nowhere, so trying this community in hope someone can help!

Have you tried switching off the ONT to see if the alarm light clears also?
