&lt;P&gt;Sounds like an external fault .&amp;nbsp; If you have a black sky hub could you post your router stats&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First run a service check on the my sky&amp;nbsp; app&amp;nbsp; under the broadband section, also try unplugging&amp;nbsp; the&amp;nbsp; hub&amp;nbsp; for a few minutes&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp; see if&amp;nbsp; that&amp;nbsp; reset&amp;nbsp; it but you may have a&amp;nbsp; fault&amp;nbsp; on your&amp;nbsp; phone&amp;nbsp; line&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
