Homes less than say 200m from the cabinet will get the maximum 80Mb/s but if the line is say 1500m long 20Mb/s is perfectly possibly the maximum any ISP can provide. Could that be the explanation?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
