Hi my router password is not being accepted to connect wifi to my mobile very confusing configeration consisting of upper and lower case and numbers any help please .

It is quite easy when entering a password to get a 0 and O and a 1 and l the wrong way round so are you sure you are not doing this as it needs to be entered as it is printed on the hub itself

Thank you for reply there is a 5 followed by eithier 1 ,l or I tried all 3 but still no good

@PJH5 Have you managed to get ANY device connected to the wireless wi-fi apart from the phone?

@PJH5 Would be nice if they made it a little larger, but that is what a magnifying glass is good for! 👍
