Hi, I continuously have issues when watching tv. I repeatedly get the "an error has occurred" message, frozen pictures, buffering and this is on sky tv, prime, Netflix, channel 4 od, pretty much all of the apps on the tv. We have reset the box and have turned it off by the wall also however it continues to happen

I only have one small tv connected.

Engineer came out yesterday and checked the speed and signal strength of my broadband and both very good.

He left me a signal booster anyway.

All I've done is taken the new puck out of the box, connected to the mains and the tv, and followed on the prompts on the screen, but it won't let me complete the set up?

Any suggestions?
