Poor broadband speed

I've got Sky Broadband Gigafast which purports to be up to 900 MBS.

I'm currently getting 80.93 via ethernet according to the Ookla speed test.

Here's the disgusting bit - because I've been a member for too long, I no longer qualify for the speed guarantee. Does that basically mean that Sky can give me whatever bandwidth they like? A very shoddy practice for someone with 15 years custom with them.

Thanks for the reply.

I checked on there yesterday and it claims to be good. Tested again just now and still only getting 91 against a guaranteed 600.

Broadband speed getting even slower. Now down to 60-70. Do Sky staff read these boards?
