By clicking on the link by the last speed result you can see the last 4 weeks history and the guaranteed speed for your line and if tyecissue is a slow line the app should offer to book an engineer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Assuming that is OK then the issue is likely to be the wifi speed in your home which isnt something Sky can vontrol. Spedds can drop due to interference which. A rdboot might help resolve but esentially you may need to think about investing in a better wifibset up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
