Our Wi-Fi keeps stopping on devices and not working until the router gets reset, we have had this router since around 2012/13.
The Wi-Fi speed and connection tests online show 70MB/s and no drops in signal but when we are using wired Ethernet in the house we are getting speeds from between 20-40 and it also regularly has connection to the router but no Wi-Fi until the router gets reset.

I have tried going through all the automated help check tools but haven't found a solution and when I filed a complaint they said they would send an engineer but my complaint has been closed.

Is there any way to talk to a human to discuss this issue or do I just need to cancel with sky and look elsewhere?
