<title>topic WiFi keeps dropping in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/WiFi-keeps-dropping/m-p/4962854#M480768</link>
<description>Like a few others have had issues with, in the past 3 weeks the Internet had just become terrible especially at night. We are on 500mb broadband and even when nothing else is using the Internet except devices sat idle the Internet on my phone to watch even a YouTube video is buffering all the time. Terrible for the price im paying and a fault that is on my head to chase up again with another Internet service provider. Done tests all come back saying fine, speed tests on speedtest.net constantly differ (in the past theyve always been consistent with the speed om paying for) and unplugged and plugged back in the router and most devices to power cycle them. Didn't have issues like this with BT or virgin so why with Sky especially when paying for WiFi 6 box, even changed WPA from 3 to 2 to see if any devices were having issues and not changed anything.</description>
