Until your sky goes live then they can do nothing for you, then you will need to let SKY know by calling them, they will arrange for OR to attend and deal with it then.</P><P>Take a picture and attach to the post so we can see what you have. I'm new to the address so I'm not sure if I need a cable for the box or if I need a connection fitted in for sky from an engineer.
