Thanks. I went through the troubleshooting on the app and it said it needed to book me an engineer. Done. But not a great start with Sky. Never had any issues with broadband switches in the past.

using my old router for now.

Switched to Sky broadband today. Got a message this morning saying it is now active. Unpacked my new router, connected up. Internet light stays orange. Won't connect. Weirdly my old router works fine. On my Sky app on my phone it says I'm connected and all set up but the sky hub definitely doesn't want to connect to the internet. Any thoughts?

If your old router from your previous supplier is working then it might be that the changeover hasn't happened just yet despite you being told it has occurred sominwiyld stick with this d router until it stops working then see if your Sky one works.

Sky are now sending me out a new router as they believe they sent me the wrong one by mistake. They have also said they will cancel the engineer which they didn't do so I have done so through this site.
