Take it you have tried plugging into a different power socket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately we require a new router power cable.&amp;nbsp; The white one with a plug but I have been unable to find how to buy or request one on the sky website.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone help with this.&amp;nbsp; I have no internet and my son his having a melt down because he can't play his x box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
