      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just found out that my broadband has not strong enough or ever was. They said they'd only refund&amp;nbsp; the days its showw on the speed test when we checked it was over&amp;nbsp; 2 3rds less than what I&amp;nbsp; was sold.i need my old sky id ad it has the readings sfrom when it was installed and what strength it was. At that time&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sky will normallyvtelease you from contract if Openreach are unable to get the line to meet the guaranteed speed which we see quite frequently on partial fibre services.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
