SKY informed me that my router was no longer able to recieve updates and therefore requested a replacemnet and recieved a confirmation Email that this has been recieved one month ago ? and so far nothing has been recieved or updates who should i contact for a update ?

Did you order the replacement hub by using the link in the email as it will not be sent until you have done this.

I belive so as i recieved an Email confirming, but I am no certian can you confirm were I would find the link ?

When I ordered mine at the start of the year then it appeared here:

https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

And then turned up after a few days so does anything appear here for you ?
