&lt;P&gt;You haven't said what cable this is but if you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a &lt;STRONG&gt;customer led &lt;/STRONG&gt;discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services. You'll need to contact Sky to report a fault.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
