topic Sky Max Pod Ethernet in Broadband

Hi, I have Sky Max with a Sky Max Pod. All is working fine. However, when I plug an Ethernet cable into the pod it doesn't fit securely nor do I here the click I am used to.
Am I missing something (a few marbles possibly 😉 ) or is this just the way it is?

@Reedlover The pods have standard RJ45 connecters so any Ethernet cable should connect and click into place. You aren't by any chance trying to use a DSL cable with smaller RJ11 connecters as these wont click in.
