Line faults can only be looked at by OR Engineers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Flakey Connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My connection isn't the best.&amp;nbsp; I can't get fibre at my house but pay for the best speed I can get (according to the SKy website it's 80mb, but whenever I use Speedtest recently its 40mb or less.&amp;nbsp; And&amp;nbsp; upload speed is closer ro 3mb (as opposed to 10mb I used to get.&amp;nbsp; It's also dropping a lot.&amp;nbsp; When I've done the test on the sky website it says that there are some phone line errors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I get these investigated?&amp;nbsp; How can I get the speed back?&amp;nbsp; Trying to find a way to contact anyone on the sky website is a nightmare.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice welcome (or if you could get fibre to my house that would be welcome too :))&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
