      <description>Hello, our devices say no connection the hub has no power or any lights on, everything is switched on and plugged in however on test my connection on my sky app says the hub is connected?? Please help I have a teenager</description>

Simply a dodgy mains socket. Call Sky to report the fault so they can send you a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried&amp;nbsp; it in a different&amp;nbsp; plug socket&amp;nbsp; if you&amp;nbsp; can, and have you checked the fuse in the plug&amp;nbsp; itself?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
