My WiFi download speed is only just reaching 65.8mbps and upload speed 14.4mbps - both of which extremely poor.
In addition to this, when using external devices on the tv such as a fire stick and PS5, I am having to connect to my phones mobile data due to nothing loading or working when connected to the sky wifi.
I think when this is considered the fasted speed wifi, this is very poor!

@Chloej1 65.6Mb/s to the hub is a fairly good speed forca partial fibre service which is dictated by the length of your phone line 80Mb/s is the maximum speed for VDSL. To get faster speeds your home has to be passed by Openreach fibre which only around two thirds of addresses currently are.

Those speeds should becample to watch TV butva lot depends on the WiFi signal in your home and what other people in your home are using the connection for. Watching Netflix in UHD requires around 20Mb/s. Poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surfsce then the only answer is additional wifi sources.

Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.
