    <description>&lt;P&gt;Apparently there is a fault on my line yet again for new install I've been waiting nearly 5 months for wifi and I'm assuming they are just using this as another excuse definitely thinking of cancelling any help appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Only worth doing if you have access to Virgin Media or another isp using a different network or mobile broadband.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3425322"&gt;@Gaming21&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;absolutely but in practice there is little more you or Sky can do IF you need an Openreach line as they are an effective monoploy. My own line was delayed which generated enough compensation to give me the first 6 months service free&lt;/P&gt;</description>
