Here we go again, life's too short to keep emailing about wifi. Put simply, it keeps dropping out/disconnecting even though I'm meant to be/feel like I've been coned into taking a 2 year subscription into the 'MEGA' broadband package. Giving me 1TB of data on my kids mobile contract doesn't help. I've been with Sky for over 24 years and don't feel valued in the slightest. Very poor.

@RichieC-69 is it the hub that is loosing connection or your devices? The former is pretty unusual for full fibre connections check the lights on the hub and the ONT as they show if the connection is down if it is call Sky and report it.

However far more likely is poor wifi connectibvity in your home.in simple terms a single wifi router like a Sky hub cannot provide decent wifi coverage in every room of many homes especially to stream video, pkay online games etc To make best use of your fast connection you probably need additional WiFi kit which you can buy yourself or pay Sky to provide as part of the WiFi Max add-on.
