    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4372256"&gt;@Griffmuns&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;When you run the service checker, then if you click on the wording Sky Broadband, it should open up another page so you can see the last 30 day's of what sky see when they check daily, it will show you the average speed, so if you are on 40Mb/s per say then it will look the same but if you have a drop or issue then that will also be displayed, how does it show when you look at it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have a fault on the line, then report it to sky so they can have it looked at for you, that is the option that you see on the page Test My Broadband, switching off/on when you have a fault with your connection type via the master socket can force the system to THINK that there is a fault and push the speed down to try and stabilise the system, just so that you are aware of that fact.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The amber Internet then voice normally follows that, connection is lost can be for a few issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since Thursday 10th April we've had very intermittent internet and tonight it's awful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we've turnt off the router a few times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes we have a few times. If all lights are green on the router, the tests are all ok. But when some lights are amber obviously says there's an issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have upright version with 4 lights. We have between 1-2 lights mainly going amber and they are light 2 (internet) and 4 (voice).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i believe we use a master socket sc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
