Hi, My Internet has been really slow for the last couple of days. When I do a service checker it sometimes comes up with really low speed, Other times with decent speed (never reaching the guaranteed speed). When I went back into it it said an issue was detected, let's fix it. When I press let's fix it, it just does the checks again and says its all good. Is there a way to speak to a human being?? I tried calling but it was also automated. Thank you
