Have you done a check on your broadband speed with the my sky app and the speed that you are paying for is the speed to the hub

Yeah,but I can't seem to get an option for actual speed,,they're just checklist saying all good,,I think my speeds are lower than what I'm paying for,,that's what I'm trying to check before I get in touch with them,,thanks

Google a speed test and try that aswell

@Gt77 Where you see Sky Broadband circle with the speed displayed click the arrow pointing to the right and new page will open up.

If you want to test your speed now, then www.fast.com

Speed test like shown is from fast.com

I can't see anywhere with speed displayed though.
