Recently new broadband customer and been having connection issues consistently since it was installed. Paying for Sky WiFi Max. My phone and children's devices constantly losing connection to the hub, I end up having to use my phone data to hotspot their devices (have a son with ASD who's becoming increasingly frustrated) I thought Virgin internet wasn't the best but I'm finding myself yearning for it. Everytime I go online, it says my speeds and connections are fine. I'm tempted to cancel completely.
